Principle

Limits the actions that can be performed on a system. • Two types: physical (paths, axes, barriers) and psychological (symbols, conventions, mappings). • Improves usability and reduces errors. • Use symbols for warning, conventions for common understanding, and mappings for intuitive interaction.
