Yes. You may cancel anytime before your first scheduled session. A full refund is available if you cancel at least 7 days in advance.

Are refunds available if I cancel the subscription?

Refunds are granted based on timing and terms of the plan. Pro-rata refunds are available for eligible early-term cancellations.

Is the content self-paced or live?

Both. You’ll have on-demand access to materials, along with live sessions (1:1 and group) tailored to your journey. This allows you to absorb insights at your pace while engaging in high-impact discussions.

Can I reuse the templates and tools with my team?

Yes, most tools are designed to support both executive clarity and team activation. You’re free to apply them internally unless otherwise specified (some may be proprietary or require attribution).

Are session recordings or notes provided?

Yes. Session notes or summaries are available upon request. Recordings for group sessions are shared with all participants unless confidentiality is required.

How are the group sessions structured?

Group sessions are topic-driven and cohort-based. Each one focuses on an experience leadership theme (e.g., design maturity, cross-functional alignment, KPIs, etc.), adjusted to cohort progress and challenges.

What happens between sessions?

Between sessions, you can submit inquiries via chat, review new materials, and receive follow-up recommendations based on previous discussions. You also receive nudges or thought prompts to keep momentum.

What’s the difference between core content and custom content?

Core content is shared across all programs and refined regularly. Custom content (available in Advanced and Advisory+) is tailored to your organization’s maturity, challenges, and industry — including custom templates or reports.
